Inbox anxiety is real. We built Outsorcery to make it go away.
Outsorcery is a writing assistant for creatives—designed by creatives. This service was born inside ITS Design Studio, a design practice that has launched over 26 products, led 17 crowdfunding campaigns across Korea, the U.S., and China, and worked with brands of every scale—from cultural institutions to global tech clients.
After a decade of running a fast-paced studio, we noticed a pattern: No matter how exciting the project, email was always the part we dreaded most. Writing replies. Chasing updates. Sounding polished. It drained our time—and our creative energy.
So we decided to solve it. Not with another generic productivity tool, but with something that truly understands the way creative people work and write.
That's how Outsorcery came to life.

Outsorcery is created and maintained by ITS Design Studio, a Seoul-based creative team passionate about design, communication, and digital tools that actually help people.
Our work has appeared in cultural exhibitions, performance spaces, pop-up shops, and product campaigns across Asia—and now, we're building tools to support the next generation of creative professionals.

Outsorcery is currently in beta, and we're building it in collaboration with real users—freelancers, designers, marketers, and creators just like us.
This isn't just another AI tool. It's a writing companion built on lived experience.
